my song is love, love to the loveless, shown

I know I often have pointless updates, but once in awhile, beauty and joy will break through the thick exterior of apathy. I saw a middle-aged woman, walking on her lonesome, break into hysterical laughter at her own thoughts. I saw two young boys running after one another, dancing, skipping, and jumping down the street, sweat on their brow, sheer joy and love on their faces, thus reminding me what truly lies inside of our souls (and not that I believe we're 'good' on our own, because we're sinful and the Bible says on our best as of filthy rags, but I believe that God dwells within our souls, and the Holy Spirit is always with us, and we often don't realize it, and more than that, we were made in His image, made to mirror and reflect what He is, and He is love, He made it, He is it) , and while our cynicism decieves us into thinking this love rarely surfaces, it's surprising and refreshing and delightful to see how much and often it really does. Life is beautiful. God blesses.

its so true, we have become cynical about love existing. that's one reason i really like the movie "love actually". the fact that if you take the time to look, love is all around. to take that to a spiritual level, there is only one source of love. therefore, god is all around. we should definitely look for him more.

cheers!

so i am going to try and include all the comments that i haven't left for the last 2 weeks or so.

2.23-dreams are beautiful things. i used to want to be a professional golfer. ha; the mental picture makes me chuckle. pardon my non-thinkyness (there is probably a word that is better and actually appears in the dictionary) if i jumped to push you into the artsy box. i hate when people assume that i am a football player and am incapable of any sort of higher reasoning. i'm not bitter. usually.

3.04-hey, if you are planning to beat someone up, i want ringside tickets. heck, i'll bring gatorade. seriously. as for music swapping, which i admit to taking advantage of, the new k.o.c. album is absolutely smashing. ask me if i have listened to (and watched the video of) i'd rather dance with you innumerable times. thanks for the hookup.

whale humper...oh my. i suppose the world has reached an all time low. that's not to say that i didn't snicker a little.

03.06-its really good for people watchers that joy is one of the few emotions that you can't bottle up inside. sooner or later it'll come out your face or body. praise the Almighty.

i finally wrote in the happy book; feel free to begin verbally berating alban 'cause he has it. i realized, after starting my list, that writing wth a dip pen is really not efficient; i have newfound respect for those who drew up the constitution. snap. or, pans. whichever you prefer.

thanks for the prayers. i do the same for you.

happy tuesday.

Phil is a loser. Ha Ha Ha. Ha. Ha.
Anyways, good point! Cynicism is overrated, yet so often I embrace it.
